Emma Kang is a New York City–based interior designer currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design at the New York School of Interior Design. With a background in luxury real estate and high-end residential design, she brings a client-focused approach, strong design sensibility, and appreciation for thoughtfully curated spaces.

Raised internationally with roots in Japan, Emma’s global perspective informs her understanding of design, culture, and aesthetics. Fluent in Japanese and conversational in Korean, she values building meaningful relationships and creating spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

Prior to transitioning into interior design, Emma worked in luxury real estate, where she developed experience in staging, spatial presentation, and personalized client service while building relationships with developers, vendors, and industry professionals. Her work today focuses on luxury residential interiors, with an emphasis on timeless design, materiality, and refined living.

Emma also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Loyola Marymount University.
